Leadership

Pastor Paul Henderson and his wife, Kristy, came to Chapel Hill in the spring of 2018, as members of the congregation. Before moving to the Gettysburg Area, they resided in Western PA.
As time went on, Pastor Randy started planning his retirement. During this time, he and Paul had a heart to heart conversation; Randy asked Paul if he had ever considered pastoral ministry. Over time, this led to the plan of a seamless transition of 3 years, which allowed Paul to mentor under Randy's leadership. Paul was then able to attend Leadership Focus, through the Church of God Anderson, for ordination. During this time, Paul started working at the Adams Rescue Mission, as their Director of Men's Ministries, after previously serving as the One Stop Operator for the Southcentral Workforce Development System. Throughout the transition, the mission, as well as the church, teamed together to open one of the first daycares that provides little to no cost childcare for needy families. It opened in Jan. 2026. Fast forward to today- Paul and Kristy have taken the position as Senior Pastor and wife, continuing to follow in Randy's footsteps- preaching from God's Holy Word. Kristy serves as the church administrator in addition to her job as an elementary school librarian. Pastor Paul serves between Chapel Hill and continues to serve at the mission as Director of Ministry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Liberty University and is a 2013 graduate of Teen Challenge. Dr. Rev. Randal Huber -
